Job description:
Job Description - Provide support in terms of opportunity management in SFDC/CPQ. Ensure data accuracy by regularly reviewing and updating records.
- Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Ensure timely submission of reports to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence requirements.
- Review and validate order details before submission to avoid any discrepancies. Track the status of submitted orders and follow up on any issues or delays.
- Regularly review the sales pipeline to ensure it is up-to-date and reflects the current status of opportunities. Work with sales managers to ensure accurate forecasting by keeping the pipeline clean and realistic.
- Monitor the progress of committed deals and bookings to ensure they are on track and provide regular updates to sales managers on the status of various sales metrics and targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on proposal/pricing/approvals/delivery/post-sales customer issues
Educational Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A degree in a technical field (such as Computer Science or Engineering) is also acceptable if combined with relevant sales experience.
