Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers, present, and promote Prepaid, Postpaid and Fibre Products and services to existing and prospective customers.

• To provide good customer service to the customers by being proactive to approach customers, attentive to customer queries and assist them courteously, inform customers on ongoing promotion. • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

• Responsible in generating leads to acquire new customers. 

• Actively involved in roadshows, events, and any promotional activities arranged and set by the company. • Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcome within schedule. 

• Be a great ambassador of Maxis with fully customer-oriented mind-set and a champion in delivering unmatched customer experience. Job Requirements 

• Excellent communication in English & Malay. 

• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 

• Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition. 

• Good working attitude and a dependable team player. 

• Able and willing to work in retail hours, including weekends and public holidays. 

Job Qualifications:

 • Minimum SPM Holder and above is required.

 • Preferably with a minimum of 6-months related working experience in the related field / industry. 

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 

• Need to be fully vaccinated including booster.
