About Our Client - We are representing a leading telecommunications service provider in Malaysia.
Responsibilities: - Manage and complete fibre installation.
- Troubleshoot and perform service restoration for internet service and devices with stipulated SLA.
- Solving customer problems and complaints.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell company products and solutions.
- Meet performance target for NPS and sales value.
- Coordinating complex and multi-parties service delivery beyond fibre.
- Attend periodic training to sharpen skills and knowledge related to fibre, smart devices, computing.
Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of related experience in fibre and computing, networking
- Minimum Diploma and Degree in technical fields (E&E, Computing, Telecom, Networking)
- Minimum professional certification required CA1C or CA2.
- Possess own car.
- Able to speak fluent English and good at people skills.
- 1 year contract (renewable or convertible to permanent)
Benefits: - Basic salary (RM 2500 to RM 3000)
- RM 500 Transport Allowance
- RM 200 HP Allowance
- RM 350 Mandarin Language Allowance
