Job Description \n\n\n\t- Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and efficiently.
\n\t- Retain customers by addressing concerns and encouraging continued usage of our telco plans.
\n\t- Promote telco plans, products, and current promotions.
\n\t- Collaborate closely with team members and leaders to meet quality standards and productivity targets.
\n\t- Escalate priority requests or feedback promptly for effective issue resolution.
\n\t- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.
\n\t- Identify areas for service or process improvement and propose recommendations to the team leader.
\n\t- Perform upselling and cross-selling by offering suitable alternative solutions.
\n\t- Maintain strong working knowledge and experience within contact centre, customer service, customer support, or BPO environments.
\n\t- Carry out any other duties assigned by the team leader.
\n \n\nJob Requirements \n\n\n\t- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
\n\t- Experience in contact centre/customer service/customer support/BPO environment is required.
\n\t- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
\n\t- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
\n\t- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends.
