  • Handling inbound/outbound callsto educate and engage potential clients about company's

  • • Promoting our company’s planning products and services over the phone.

  • • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • \n\t
  • • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.
  • \n\t
  • • Work closely with team members and leaders always to achieve quality results and
  • \n\t
  • productivity.
  • \n\t
  • • Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
  • \n\t
  • • Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
  • \n\t
  • • Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make
  • \n\t
  • recommendations to the team leader.
  • \n\t
  • • Upsell and cross- sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
  • \n\t
  • • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.

\nJob Requirements:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year of relevant
  • \n\t
  • experience.
  • \n\t
  • • Experienced in contact centre/customer service/ customer support /BPO working
  • \n\t
  • environment.
  • \n\t
  • • Must be proficient in English.
  • \n\t
  • • Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.
  • \n\t
  • • Willing to work in shift & rotation basis
  • \n

  • Working Days: 5 days working & 2 days off (rotational basis)
  • \n\t
  • Working Hours: 8AM - 12AM (rotational shift)
  • \n\t
  • Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3400
  • \n\t
  • OT allowance.

  • Shift allowance.
  • \n\t
  • Phone allowance (Rebate)
