Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in customers and promote company's product
• Provide excellent customer service and inform customers of promotions
•  Build and maintain positive customer relationships
•  Generate leads and acquire new customers
• Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional activities
• Meet sales targets and support operations during peak hours
•  Be a ambassador with a customer-focused mindset

Requirements:

•  Fluent in English & Malay
•  Great interpersonal skills and friendly attitude
•  Energetic, dynamic, and reliable team player
•  Able to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Qualifications:
•  Minimum SPM holder (or equivalent)
• Preferably with 6 months of related experience (fresh grads welcome)
•  Must be fully vaccinated
