Role Overview:
Lead and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Transportation Management (OTM), Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management modules. Provide expertise for incidents, enhancements, integrations, and projects. Work closely with global teams to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvement.
Experience & Education:
5+ years working with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred).
Min. 2 full-cycle ERP implementations.
Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, warehousing.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
ITIL certification preferred.
Key Skills:
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)•
Lead support, configuration, and implementation of OTM modules.
Master data setup (regions, lanes, rates, carriers, calendars).
Configure screen sets, layouts, menus, user roles.
Manage order releases (PO/SO/TO), shipment lifecycle, milestones, POD, and document handling.
Handle OTM financial flows: invoice creation/approval and integration with ERP Financials.
Manage EDI transactions with 3PLs and troubleshoot OTM issues.
Warehouse Management (WMS) & Inventory
Lead configuration and support of WMS Cloud.
Manage inbound/outbound processes: receiving, picking, packing, shipping.
Integration setup between Fusion ERP and WMS Cloud.
Inventory transactions (scrap, transfer, RMA, vendor returns).
Documentation handling (packing slip, BOL, commercial invoice).
LPN/serial tracking, cycle count, replenishment, min-max planning.
Troubleshoot EDI/RF scanning issues and ensure data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Operational Support
Act as SME for complex incident resolution.
Guide Level 1/2 support teams.
Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Collaboration
Work with global IT teams on system changes and initiatives.
Engage business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver solutions.
Partner with process owners to improve business processes.
Project Work
Participate in full project lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
Perform medium–complex configuration tasks and implement enhancements.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create/maintain process flows, functional specs, solution designs, and work instructions.
Contribute to knowledge base and testing documentation.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Prepare and guide execution of test cases.
Mentor junior team members.
