Job description:
Process Engineering Manager (AVI) \n\nJob Summary: \n\n\n\t- Responsible for organization’s manufacturing assembly processes (Auto Visual Inspection), define product assembly procedures and FMEA.
\n\t- Initiate, direct, and coordinate through the efforts of the process engineering group all process activities to ensure optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, and facilities.
\n\t- Continue improvement for the Yield and Quality year to year for better cost structure.
\n\t- Drive and guide a group of Process Engineers to achieve company goal and objective.
\n \n\nJob Responsibilities \n\n\n\t- Work with R&D team; direct and coordinate the process engineering group activities in the design, development, implementation and improvement of systems, processes, and product assembly procedures.
\n\t- Provide planning, direction, and coordination for all process activities to ensure optimum use of workers, equipment, materials, and facilities.
\n\t- Plan and establish process engineering projects and follow up on performance against estimates.
\n\t- Initiate cost reduction proposals, compile appropriate information, make recommendations for action, and confirm results obtained.
\n\t- Manage, through process and procedure, the implementation of product design changes.
\n\t- Responsible for the identification, source selection, installation, validation, training, and implementation of new equipment and new processes.
\n\t- Ensure active consultation with new product development teams regarding manufacturing capabilities and issues related to design for manufacturability, test, and assembly.
\n\t- Assist in the preparation of new product cost estimates.
\n\t- Define the technical training in manufacturing techniques, methods and processes provided to manufacturing associates.
\n\t- Actively seek knowledge of new manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques.
\n\t- Ensure compliance of company policies, procedures, and objectives regarding processes, initiatives, and projects.
\n\t- Continue improvement project to drive for yield and quality.
\n\t- Coordinate and work with Quality team for the customer complaint and customer visit.
\n \n\nJob Requirements \n\n\n\t- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
\n\t- 8 years above related work experience.
\n\t- Management System - ISO9001/ IATF16949/ ISO14001.
\n\t- Coretools – SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP.
\n\t- Statistical Techniques.
\n\t- Mechanical Drawing / Drafting.
\n\t- Related Process, Equipment & Tools Knowledge.
\n\t- Staff Counseling & Coaching.
\n\t- Communication Skills – Verbal or Written.
\n\t- Interpersonal Skills.
\n\t- Problem Solving Skills & Decision Making.
\n\t- Team Leadership.
\n\t- Independent Working / Team Working.
\n\t- Works to a Deadline.
\n\t- Presentation Skills.
