Process Engineer (Assembly Vision)

Job Descriptions:

\n\t
• Responsible to provide engineering support to maintain existing product characteristics, improve process capability and ensure manufacturing processes are consistent.
\n

Control

\n\t
• Coordinate activities related to the evaluation, selection and buy-off of new equipment for production.
\n

Fulfill

\n\t
• Manufacture process inspection, analyze and resolve process and manufacturing problems by reviewing yield data.
\n\t
• Provide engineering support to production as need arises.
\n

Drive

\n\t
• Drive activities related to yield improvement on current production processes, eliminating chronic maverick issue.
\n

Co-ordinate

\n\t
• Coordinate the initiation of ECR for changes on process specification or material substitution.
\n

In Charge

\n\t
• To communicate with various parties to ensure smooth and stable manufacturing operation.
\n

Liaise

\n\t
• Liaison with package Development Engineer / Quality / Process Engineer in resolving issue with regard to product performance, quality and reliability issues.
\n

Job Requirements:

\n\t
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology.
\n\t
• 5 years above related working experience.
\n\t
• Management System-ISO9001/IATF16949/ISO14001.
\n\t
• Coretools – SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP.
\n\t
• Statistical Techniques.
\n\t
• Mechanical Drawing / Drafting.
\n\t
• Related Process, Equipment & Tools Knowledge.
\n\t
• Staff Counseling & Coaching.
\n\t
• Communication Skills – Verbal or Written.
\n\t
• Interpersonal Skills.
\n\t
• Problem Solving Skills & Decision Making.
\n\t
• Independent Working / Team Working.
\n\t
• Works to a Deadline.
\n\t
• Presentation Skills.
\n\t
