Sales Manager - Wanda Auto Car

Job Descriptions

(1) Setting and overseeing the meeting of monthly and yearly Sales Targets 

(2) Supervise and manage the running and operations of Sales Dept.

  • Planning, developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies, social media posting and online marketing event to achieve marketing and sales objective
  • Planning & developing sales scripts and customer answer sheets
  • Identify staff learning needs and provide training for staff development
  • Directing, handling and improving after sales service; managing customer complaints & inquires properly.
  • Verifying and monitoring all types of commission fee related to Sales, Telemarketing & Online Marketing

(3) Develop, monitor and assess relevant divisions’ staff performance metrics and attitude.

(4) Interprets and analyses sales information and market trends to maximize sales & profit, feedback recommendation and marketing strategies with GM and Director on regular basis.

(5) Provide monthly report (with comparison with previous month) to GM in respect of departmental target, achievement, performance & justification, issues & weaknesses with preventive & corrective measures and follow up actions, ongoing improvements, market & competition, risk management, etc.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in managing and directing a sales team
  • Experience in customer relationship management
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Male preferred
  • Able to speak Mandarin and Cantonese
