Job description:

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and CMDB
* Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
* Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors
* Ensure development, integration, testing, and deployment are delivered on time
* Maintain governance, compliance, and quality standards
* Drive stakeholder communication and user adoption

Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science or related field
* 6–10+ years of experience leading ServiceNow implementations
* Strong experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB modules
* Proven track record managing large-scale technical projects
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors
* Knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar preferred)
