A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join its dynamic technology team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of enterprise-level systems and applications that support large-scale financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter and LoadRunner.

• Analyze performance results, identify system bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies.

• Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to improve application and database performance.

• Develop and maintain performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, and reports.

• Ensure performance standards and KPIs align with business and technical requirements.

• Conduct root cause analysis for performance issues and contribute to long-term improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in performance testing within enterprise environments.

• Proficient in JMeter and LoadRunner (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and database performance tuning.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional technical teams.

• Open to Malaysian candidates only.
