About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Analyst to join our IT Security Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT project delivery, financial tracking, and operational reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale IT initiatives and cybersecurity governance while working closely with project managers, finance teams, and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of IT and business projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
\n• Track IT expenditure, assist in budget monitoring, and ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
\n• Prepare and maintain budget trackers, spend papers, and project documentation for audit and review purposes.
\n• Liaise with Finance and IT teams to ensure cost alignment, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies.
\n• Assist in preparing presentations, management reports, and business cases for project updates and reviews.
\n• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
\n• Maintain comprehensive meeting notes, action trackers, and risk logs.
\n• Support the tracking and management of project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
\n• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, or financial/project support.
\n• Basic understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting processes.
\n• Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
\n• Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities.
\n• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
