Position Title: Cloud IAM Engineer
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary Range: RM10,000 – RM14,000
About the Role:
A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Cloud IAM Engineer to join its Cybersecurity division. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions across hybrid cloud environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization’s digital security, ensuring compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the technical delivery of Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) projects across the organization.
• Integrate new applications and services with IAM platforms to enable secure and efficient user access.
• Manage Identity Lifecycle Management and Access Management implementation activities.
• Drive process improvements in IAM operations, aligning with industry best practices and security frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, regulatory, and internal audit standards.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for IAM tools, providing technical and operational guidance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver prioritized security projects and IAM-related service requests.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Java programming and related technologies (HTML, CSS, JSP, Apache Tomcat, APIs).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Strong understanding of Cloud IAM environments including Azure, AWS, and Entra ID.
• Proficient in Linux, Unix, Active Directory, MSSQL, and network administration.
• Sound knowledge of IAM frameworks, security standards, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, BNM RMiT).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skills.
