Salary: Up to RM13,000
We are seeking a skilled Senior Engineer, Wintel to join our Infrastructure Service Operations team. If you have a passion for Windows servers, virtualization, and delivering infrastructure excellence, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for physical and virtual Windows servers, ensuring 24x7 availability.

Install, configure, and maintain Intel-based systems in collaboration with internal teams.

Perform server patching, updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Document deployments, configurations, and problem resolutions for future reference.

Participate in small-scale projects and vendor management, ensuring compliance and smooth implementation.
Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience with Windows Server OS, VMware vSphere, and Nutanix.

Certifications such as VMware VCP-DCV, Nutanix Certified Associate, Cisco CCNA (Data Center), or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.

Strong knowledge of server hardware, OS troubleshooting, virtualization, storage, networking, and Active Directory.
