Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Manage end-to-end project execution including development, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

  • Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, developers, and stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance policies, and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee quality assurance processes, review deliverables, and validate testing outcomes.

  • Manage change management activities, communication plans, and user adoption initiatives.

  • Monitor budget utilization and resource planning to ensure cost-effective delivery.

  • Support integration of ServiceNow modules with enterprise systems to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
