Key Responsibilities:

Design integration architecture for ServiceNow modules in alignment with enterprise standards.

Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, web services, and Integration Hub.

Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and synchronization across systems.

Integrate and support automated workflows using Flow Designer and orchestration tools.

Monitor integration health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes.

Conduct integration testing and validation before production deployment.

Maintain documentation of integration designs, configurations, test cases, and troubleshooting guides.

Build and maintain dashboards using integrated data to support reporting and operational visibility.

Collaborate with architects, developers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and scalable integrations.
