Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform instance administration including user access management, role configuration, and ACL setup.

  • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and release updates while maintaining operational stability.

  • Monitor system health, logs, performance metrics, and troubleshoot platform issues.

  • Optimize system performance and ensure minimal downtime during peak loads and post-upgrade activities.

  • Enforce governance policies, platform standards, and compliance with security and audit requirements.

  • Control and coordinate configuration changes across multiple teams and environments.

  • Support developers and operations teams by providing sandbox environments, access, and technical guidance.

  • Assist with workflow, script, and integration testing.

  • Maintain documentation, knowledge management, and ensure smooth BAU support processes.
