Job description:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform instance administration including user access management, role configuration, and ACL setup.

Manage platform upgrades, patches, and release updates while maintaining operational stability.

Monitor system health, logs, performance metrics, and troubleshoot platform issues.

Optimize system performance and ensure minimal downtime during peak loads and post-upgrade activities.

Enforce governance policies, platform standards, and compliance with security and audit requirements.

Control and coordinate configuration changes across multiple teams and environments.

Support developers and operations teams by providing sandbox environments, access, and technical guidance.

Assist with workflow, script, and integration testing.

Maintain documentation, knowledge management, and ensure smooth BAU support processes.
