Job description:

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and CMDB.

Build and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, forms, and dashboards.

Design and manage CMDB structure, configuration items (CI) relationships, and data normalization.

Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.

Implement automation using Flow Designer, Orchestration, and scheduled jobs.

Create reports, KPIs, and Performance Analytics dashboards for operational visibility.

Troubleshoot and resolve platform, module, and integration issues.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices, governance standards, and documentation requirements.

Collaborate with architects, administrators, operations teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
