Job description:

Define and manage the overall ServiceNow architecture and 5-year roadmap.

Align and integrate ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Observability modules to meet enterprise needs.

Lead development and configuration activities including workflows, automation, scripting (JavaScript, GlideAPI), and dashboards.

Design and maintain CMDB data models to ensure accurate service visibility and impact analysis.

Manage integrations with APIs, MID Servers, and external monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds).

Ensure platform scalability, governance, upgrade planning, compliance, and risk management.

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, vendors, and leadership.

Mentor developers and support knowledge transfer to strengthen internal capabilities.
