Key Responsibilities
1. Integration Design & Development
-
Design scalable integration architecture for ServiceNow modules
-
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and web services
-
Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams
2. Data Mapping & Transformation
-
Map, transform, and synchronize data across enterprise systems
-
Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency
-
Support dashboard data consolidation for reporting and insights
3. Automation & Workflow Enablement
-
Implement Flow Designer and orchestration workflows
-
Automate cross-system processes to reduce manual effort
-
Support enterprise monitoring integrations
4. Monitoring & Maintenance
-
Monitor integration health and performance
-
Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions
-
Manage version control and CI/CD integration pipelines
5. Testing & Validation
-
Conduct integration testing and validation
-
Document test cases, results, and deployment readiness
6. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
-
Maintain integration design documentation
-
Develop operational and troubleshooting guides
-
Share knowledge across teams
Technical Expertise Required
-
6–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
-
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB
-
Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and orchestration
-
Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and scripting
-
Experience integrating monitoring tools such as:
-
Dynatrace
-
Splunk
-
SolarWinds
-
Elastic Stack
-
Strong data mapping, transformation, and validation skills
-
Experience troubleshooting complex multi-system integrations
-
Understanding of governance, compliance, and ITIL practices
-
Experience in dashboard development using integrated data sources
Education & Certifications
-
Degree in Computer Science or related field
-
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
-
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integration Hub / Flow Designer
-
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (optional)
-
ITIL Foundation V3 certification
