Job description:
What You’ll Do:
* Define and lead the ServiceNow architecture and 5-year roadmap
* Align ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Observability into a scalable ecosystem
* Design and implement complex workflows, automation, and integrations
* Lead CMDB strategy, service mapping, and data governance
* Oversee platform upgrades, risk management, and compliance
* Collaborate with business, IT, vendors, and leadership stakeholders
* Mentor developers, administrators, and ROC operations teams
What We’re Looking For:
* 6–10+ years of strong ServiceNow architecture and development experience
* Deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and HAM
* Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide API) and workflow automation experience
* Proven experience with APIs, MID Servers, and enterprise integrations
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformations
Certifications (Advantageous):
* CSA, CAD, CIS (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM), CTA
