Job description:
Responsibilities:
-Develop & configure ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules
-Design workflows, automation, scripts, and dashboards
-Build and manage CMDB structures & CI relationships
-Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs & MID Servers
-Create Performance Analytics dashboards & reporting
-Ensure platform best practices, governance & upgrade readiness
🗝️ Key Requirements:
-6–10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (Incident, Change, Problem, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, HAM)
- Experience with CMDB design & CI relationship mapping
- Integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server)
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, GlideScript, Flow Designer)
✅ Mandatory Certifications:
* ServiceNow CSA
* ServiceNow CAD
* ServiceNow CIS (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM)
