Job Responsibilities

• Create content and perform content audits / gap analyses to ensure uniformity of content and its alignment with business goals across social media platforms.
• Connect the brands (HT / MD / NP) to online consumers by develop, evaluate, and implement digital strategy.
• Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies; optimize SEO and map out value of various digital platforms.
• Strategize content pillars and sub pillars, planning editorial calendar and content proposition
• Collaborate with editorial team to implement strategies.
• Think out-of-the-box and creative yet methodical at reaching specific market targets by using different digital mediums. 
• Analyze customer and user data; track traffic flow and analyze performance metrics.
• Measure and assess goals vs ROI, provide internal reports on regular basis.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree.
• Editorial competency: excellent copywriting skills to be able to plan, direct, design and edit digital content.
• Content presentation skills to induce business actions.
• Content delivery skills and wide knowledge of digital to determine best content delivery platform to target audience.
• Experience in handling and strategizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Multitasking and organizational skills – to handle several types of projects regularly.
• Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in digital marketing; understand how consumer react or interact with digital media; closely follow trends and relate how consumers accessing information.
• Team spirit and pressure handling capabilities.
• Work closely with business teams to collaborate marketing campaigns across all media outlets to build brands and lengthening readers loyalty cycle.
