Finance Manager

• Oversee the entire Accounting & Finance function including the management of the team members
• Able to lead a team professionally in accounting department
• Able to report to management and stakeholders and provide advice how the company and future business decisions might be impacted and develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk
• Able to collect, interpreter, monitor and produce financial report related to budgets, account payable, account receivable, expenses etc
• Able to lead the whole finance teams onto the projects and joint ventures agreement in terms of finance and planning parts
• Able to prepare the budgeting cashflow and estimated profit and tax payable and reported to board of directors
• Able to liaise with external Auditors, Tax Agents & Companies Secretaries for all accounts aspects before finalising the Audit Reports for Board of Directors to approve and sign
• Able in handling Account in Trading Business and Account in Development Business
• Prepare and review the Annual Budget
