Specialization: PURCHASING OR INVENTORY OR MATERIAL AND WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT
Job description:
Responsibilities - Support Order Management department (order processing, invoicing, shipping scheduling, etc)
- Close communication with internal departments, management, customers, project leaders, and international forwarders
- Prepare offer / quotation and send to customer
- Follow up new purchase order with customer
- Obtain demand forecast from various customers for company products
- Close coordination with production / R&D department for the new product sample production, arrange sample delivery, and follow up with customer for the sample qualification result
- Ensure on time delivery of company products to customer
- Attend to customer enquiry, provide necessary support / assistance to customer
- Prepare statistical report for management review
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements - Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Preferably with logistic/after sales support/order handling experiences
- Good command of Mandarin language is mandatory, to do communication with china client.
- Able to work long hours occasionally and without tight supervision
- Light travelling is required, when needed
