Project Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Focus on meeting project commitments, including communication with multiple internal and external customers.
• Defining and structuring of projects to achieve targets in terms of delivery time, quality, cost and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Resolve or assist in resolving conflicts between projects or functional areas.
• Develop methods to monitor project or area of progress.
• Provide corrective supervision if necessary.
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong background in manufacturing / semiconductor industry.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and MS Project.
• Ability to organize and handle projects within prescribed time frames.
• Knowledge of quality management systems.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Through understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.
• Initiate, Execute & Control scope, workplans, resources, deliverables, Q/A, transition planning, etc.
• Close, completion and assessment. Ensure open communication on the project team for internal customer side.
• Analyse the risks and future impact of decisions.
• High competency to confer and ability to work in teams.
• Team player, ability to motivate.
