Job description:
- To collaborate with the HR personnel in the team to manage full spectrum of HR activities such as :
- Recruitment and Selection (job posting, attending career fair, sourcing candidates/interns, arranging, conducting interviews and new employee on boarding)
- Talent Acquisition & Engagement (University & Industry Linkage, Dual Vocational Training Programme and etc.)
- Employee relations (staff disciplinary and investigation, grievances handling)
- Time Management (time recording, leave administration, overtime date compilation and etc.)
- Training and Development (customized yearly training calendar, training program arrangements, HRDF training grant application)
- Expatriate and Foreign Worker Management (Liaison with agency and government parties, foreign workers permit application and renewal, documentation, hostel management and etc.)
- Employee welfare (Clinical Matter, Insurance, Canteen management, Sports Activities, Fitness Center Management, Festive Celebration, Company Event, etc.)
- Company Branding
- General human resource and administration tasks (memorandum, policy, etc.)
- To partner with the business unit in developing high performance culture by implementing team and organization design solutions, providing measurable performance indicator and improvement plans
- To enhance a combination of strategic and hands-on task, embrace and drive change, build trust and confidence with key employees and manager
- To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior
