Job description:
Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of HR operation which include recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS administration.
- Effectively manage HR policies and procedures which are consistent with the objectives of the organization.
- Streamline HR processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review benchmarks and market data of salary bands for all key positions at regular intervals.
- Oversee the payroll function and ensure all payroll related activities are coordinated on a timely basis.
- Be the HR professional contact point and provide professionally-sound solutions to all the business head.
- Contribute to the development of operational frameworks based on strategic plans and execute on these in collaboration within the group.
Requirement: - Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or any equivalent field
- At least 8 years direct experience focused on HR generalist duties.
- Preferably as the HR Business Partner role in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Employment laws and regulations.
- Able to interact proactively with management and staff at all levels.
