Specialization: HUMAN RESOURCES|
- Payroll – responsible for payroll administration and statutory payments, reports generation and submission and annual EA form reporting.
- Liaising with Finance Department for invoicing and statutory payments.
- HRIS system –staff data entry, registration and maintenance of data.
- Leave – staff leave administration.
- Monthly report preparation and submission including headcount report, cost center report and turnover report etc.
- Employees movement administration – issuing of letters and notice.
- Audit – support in relevant audits: internal and external audit, tax audit.
- To ensure at all times the company’s confidential information (e.g. databases, id and passwords, tender, quotations, proposals etc.) is being used adequately and confidentially.
- To ensure all customers and applicants information is being kept in private and confidential manner.
- Support in any HR projects as instructed by superior.
- To do any other related assignments given by the company.
