Job description:
Job responsibilities \n\n\n\t- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize the supply chain.
\n\t- Identify and onboard strategic suppliers capable of meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
\n\t- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and conditions.
\n\t- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
\n\t- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risks.
\n\t- Lead cost-saving initiatives and drive projects to achieve cost reductions without compromising quality or delivery.
\n\t- Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations, and technological advancements relevant to sourcing and supply chain management.
\n\t- Provide guidance and support to ensure team success and professional growth.
\n \n\n \n\nRequirements \n\n\n\t- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management or related discipline
\n\t- Ideally 8 or more years of experience of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, within a engineering manufacturing.
\n\t- Experience with international sourcing and global supply chain management
\n\t- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc) and regulatory requirements
\n\t- Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages for business needs
\n\t- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g. CPSM) or equivalent as plus bonus
\n\t- Willingness and ability to travel overseas (China, Singapore etc)
