Job description:
- Technical Support: Provide first and second-level support for the LXP, addressing
user queries and resolving technical issues promptly. - System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance,
and ensure the platform's stability and reliability. - Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve application issues, working closely with
development and IT teams to implement fixes and improvements. - User Training: Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their understanding
and effective use of the LXP. - Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support activities, including issue
resolution and system changes. - Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT, and
business stakeholders, to identify and implement enhancements to the platform. - Security Compliance: Ensure that the platform adheres to security standards and
best practices, including data protection and privacy regulations. - Incident Management: Manage and document incidents, ensuring timely
resolution and communication with stakeholders.
