Customer Relation Officer

• To generate sales to meet or exceed sales targets
• To up-sell and cross-sell full-suite of company products and services
• Handle escalations from customers and maintain good customer relationships in a professional manner
• Understand and get trained on the products, services, promotions and systems
• Collate data and sales feedback
• Continuous improve on sales technics
• Follow SOP and embrace core values to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide clear, accurate and timely reports
• Support any events when required
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Manager
