Senior Solution Designer (Fullstack Development)

The Solution Designer role is pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet both user needs and business goals. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative problem-solving, and collaboration with various stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.

Job Descriptions:

• Ownership of technical designs, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the functional specification.
\n\t
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
\n\t
• Design and develop reusable artifacts, modules and assets.
\n\t
• Proficient in coding and design patterns such as MVVM, SOLID, TDD.
\n\t
• Conduct and provide guidance as needed in software development, testing, code reviews and debugging.
\n\t
• Be involved and contribute to full stack engineering efforts.
\n\t
• Write unit test and ensure high test coverage as well as making sure source code complies with industrial information security standards.
\n\t
• Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning of applications.
\n

Job Requirements: 

\n\t
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
\n\t
• Proven success in project/product implementation with over 3 years of software development experience.
\n\t
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in front-end development using ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
\n\t
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in developing mobile backends/APIs on .NET Framework (C#), with experience in .NET Core and node.
\n\t
• Experience in Android development is a plus.
\n\t
• Familiarity with front/back-end package management tools.
\n\t
• Demonstrate strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
\n\t
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and responsibility towards project outcomes.
\n\t
• Comfort with rapidly changing environments and priorities. Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or processes as needed.
\n\t
• Ability to maintain high standards for code quality, security, and user experience, ensuring that the final product is both functional and polished.
