Senior Solution Designer (SAP BW and EPM)

As a Senior Solution Designer in SAP BW & EPM technologies (SAP BPC & CCH Tagetik EPM), to play a critical role in maintaining, enhancing, and designing solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Application Maintenance Support - to ensure that SAP BW and EPM platforms are working properly and meeting business expectations
• Deliver BAU and Project Enhancements - to deliver changes or new requirements as required by business to enhance and improve our current solutions
• Perform the role of Subject Matter expert - to be the key persons SAP BW & EPM technologies to design and implement the solution to meet business requirements.
• Deliver projects with clear, measurable business benefits on time and within budget. 
• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to build trust, boost collaboration, and enhance IT presence. 
• Offer consultation to refine business ideas or provide expert recommendations to stimulate business needs.
• Formalize, standardize, govern, and evolve the architecture, design, standards and processes in SAP BW and EPM technologies
• Manage customer expectations for requests and enhancements. 
• Coordinate with vendors and IT stakeholders to prioritize needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT or any relevant fields. 
• Knowledge SAP BW, SAP BPC, and CCH Tagetik EPM
• Deep understanding of Finance and planning processes especially regarding financial performance management (EPM) and data warehousing in order to be able to deliver budgeting, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and management reporting solutions.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in greenfield implementations to design and deliver solutions SAP BW, SAP BPC, and CCH Tagetik EPM
• Strong hands on experience in designing input forms and data models to capture EPM data and integration with SAP S4HANA or related systems
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration skills to work within cross-functional teams (technical consultants, functional consultants, business users) to deliver solutions.
• Ability to understand business requirements and suggest appropriate SAP BW and EPM solutions.
• Experience in user training and creating user documentation for BW/EPM solutions.
