Job description:

  • Attends to both potential and existing team members by answering product and service questions, as well as providing information on products and services
  • Key in team members orders
  • Attend to team members complaints 
  • Prepares daily sales report
  • Solves customers’ problem, which may be complex or long outstanding problems 
  • Attend events with customer for product related matters
  • Advises member to send back the damaged and defective product for exchange
  • Key in and records the exchange in the particular member’s account
  • Coordinates and ensure the deliveries for repaired or exchanged items upon completion
  • Handle team members compliance cases
