We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Executive – Warehouse & Logistic to join our growing team in Batu Pahat, Johor. If you have a background in supply chain or logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to be part of a leading snack food brand!

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage customer feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer support issues effectively.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Oversee and manage daily operations of third-party warehouse activities, including export/EM shipments and inter-company transfers.
Support warehouse efficiency improvement initiatives and ensure inventory accuracy.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Warehouse & Logistic Manager.

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or any related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
