Executive – Warehouse & Logistic

• Coordinate and manage all customer feedback to ensure timely resolution and continuous service improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address and resolve customer support issues effectively.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints

• Oversee and manage daily operations of third-party warehouse activities, including Export/EM shipments and intercompany transfers.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior as required.
