Business Development Manager

Responsibilities  Expand our customer base and drive revenue through new business initiatives  Identify market opportunities and introduce new products aligned with the company’s growth strategy  Deliver effective product demonstrations to stakeholders in HR and Marketing across all organizational levels - from end users to senior management  Customize solutions from a diverse portfolio of products and services to meet client needs  Build, strengthen and maintain long-term customer relationships.  Support clients throughout the entire sales and collections process  Work with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and quality after-sales support.
