Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
- Present and promote fiber packages effectively to meet customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Provide excellent customer service to build rapport and trust.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Passionate about sales and achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage (but not mandatory).
- Based in Johor Bahru or willing to commute.
