Job Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets by driving Maxis Fibre
- Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or social platforms.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive future sales and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
Job Requirements: - Minimum SPM holder
- Able to start work immediately
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sales-Driven: Motivated by targets and results, with a strong desire to succeed.
- Resilient: Able to handle rejection and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
Team Player: Works well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel/Word, Zoom, etc.)
