Job description:
Duties & Responsibilities: \n\n\n\t- Prepare and plan the Pre requisite Program, construct process flow diagram, identify potential hazards associated with each step and consider control.
\n\t- Develop and update quality control procedures and protocols to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
\n\t- Implement and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure the production of soy sauce.
\n\t- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fermentation plant to identify quality issues and areas for improvement.
\n\t- Monitor and analyse production processes to identify deviations/ potential risk and take consider measures to control identified hazards.
\n\t- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
\n\t- Conduct product testing and analysis to verify compliance with quality specifications and food safety standards.
\n\t- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to quality control activities, audits, and inspections.
\n\t- Provide training and guidance to plant personnel on quality control procedures, food safety practices, and regulatory compliance.
\n\t- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to soy sauce production and quality assurance.
\n\t- Participate in line commissioning, validate the key parameters and implement the monitoring system for any new changes / set up.
\n \n\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- University Degree in Science major or related subject such as Food Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Engineering, etc.
\n\t- Have minimum 2-3 years working experience in food manufacturing industry, proven experience in quality assurance and quality control in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in soy sauce production or fermentation.
\n\t- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
\n\t- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work.
\n\t- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\t- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
\n\t- Certification in Food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 ) is a plus.
\n\t- Proficiency in use of computer (Microsoft office, and conferencing skills through zoom).
\n\t- Proficiency in Chinese languages for effective communication with bilingual teams ( oversea) and stakeholder.
\n\t- Candidate must be willing to work in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan.
