Planning & Material Control Executive

Duties & Responsibilities: -

\n\t
1. Production Planning - Ensure ISO Procedures on Production Planning is followed: -
\n

\n\t
• Download the Planned Order List from SAP and check the finished goods stock before the planning process.
\n\t
• Schedule production planning by Stock Keeping Unit (SKU), size, material availability and batch size
\n\t
• Firm planned order into SAP.
\n\t
• Daily check Production Planning file matches the actual production output and adjusts accordingly in Excel and SAP.
\n\t
• Contingency production planning for emergency
\n

\n\t
1. Packaging Material Planning – ensure all materials are at the optimum level: - 
\n

\n\t
• Generate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for packaging materials and ensure inventory levels are within set KPIs
\n

\n\t
1. Prepare for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings by reviewing packaging material inventory 
\n\t
2. Prepare reports on relevant job areas and system updates 
\n\t
3. Ensure compliance to SOP and ISO procedures 
\n\t
4. Responsible for any improvement project as assigned by line manager
\n

Requirements

\n\t
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in production planning and material control in a manufacturing environment
\n\t
• Min Degree Holder in related field
\n\t
• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin. Being able to speak Cantonese will be an added advantage.
\n\t
• Proficiency in using PC – Certain degree of Mastering – Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
\n\t
• Good analytical skills and work well in details.
\n\t
• Good planning and organizing skill are essential.
