Job Responsibilities: \n\n1. Team Leadership & Development: \n\n\n\t- Lead, mentor, and manage a team focused on the Malay market, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
\n\t- Foster a strong team culture, promoting motivation, collaboration, and accountability.
\n\t- Recruit, provide training and coaching to enhance the team's capabilities.
\n \n\n2. Market Expansion & Business Growth: \n\n\n\t- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and brand presence in the Malay community.
\n\t- Identify opportunities for business growth, partnerships, and product positioning within the Malay market.
\n\t- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
\n \n\n3. Sales & Marketing Strategy: \n\n\n\t- Work closely with the marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotions that resonate with Malay consumers.
\n\t- Ensure marketing materials, messaging, and branding align with the cultural and linguistic preferences of the Malay audience.
\n\t- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve revenue targets.
\n \n\n4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management: \n\n\n\t- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and customers in the Malay market.
\n\t- Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility.
\n\t- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
\n \n\n5. Operational & Financial Management: \n\n\n\t- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for the Malay market operations.
\n\t- Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness in all business activities.
\n\t- Oversee operational processes and address challenges to improve efficiency.
\n \n\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Proven leadership and managerial experience, with a strong background in retail targeting Malay consumers within a similar industry.
