Job description:
Responsibilities - Develop business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives
- Development of financial plans including budgeting and forecasting for the short and long term
- Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of goods sold
- Partnering with business managers to determine company goals and KPIs to drive financial performance
- Hired, trained, coached and mentored sales and marketing team
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing department by conducting analysis of commercial opportunities
- Preparing models to assess future profitability of identified opportunities
- Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise
- Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals
- Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients
