Company background
\nOur well-established client a Japanese company that produces and distributes beverages is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate for the position of Senior Supply Chain Executive to be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. \n\n\n\nYour role is important to: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Handle full export process (International & East Malaysia) from order confirmation to shipment delivery. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Prepare and manage commercial documents – invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB, Form E/D, health certificate, etc. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and warehouses to ensure timely export shipments. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Manage booking, container loading, and schedule planning for FCL/LCL shipments. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Liaise with customers, distributors, and regulatory bodies to resolve shipping or documentation issues. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Maintain accurate export shipment records and filing for audit and customs reference. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Monitor and track export performance, shipment cost, and delivery lead time. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Handle end-to-end import documentation and coordination with suppliers and forwarders. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Monitor shipment schedules, ETD/ETA, and clearance status. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Work with custom brokers to ensure timely import clearance under correct HS Code classification. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Verify supplier invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents for accuracy. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Manage import permits, FTA/COO application, and duty exemption (if applicable). \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Liaise with finance and warehouse teams for goods receipt and payment process. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Liaise with Supplier, coordinate & plan loading schedule for shipment purposes. \n\t \n \n\nTo be successful in this role, you need to have: \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Minimum 2 years of experience in export/import within FMCG or manufacturing. \n\t \n \n\n\n\t- \n\t
Strong knowledge of international trade documentation & INCOTERMS. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Familiar with HS codes, FTA/COO applications, and customs procedures. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Experience with forwarders, shipping portals, and export systems (DagangNet, EPCO, etc.). \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Good communication with internal and external stakeholders. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple shipments concurrently. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
Proficient in Excel, ERP systems, and shipment tracking tools. \n\t \n\t- \n\t
