Specialization: MARKETING OR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT|
Assist Sales, General Manager in implementing and realising sales strategies in growing the sales channels. Assist the Sales, General Manager in realising and implementing specific trade programs which will increase annual volume and profit plan.
- Responsible to implement and execute all planned trade activities in order to achieve sales target and brand objectives.
- Responsible to implement and execute all marketing promotional activities (e.g. to execute marketing campaign)
- Assist in developing Point of Sales Materials (POSM) and keeping track of its usage as well as its effectiveness.
CHANNEL AND CUSTOMER FOCUS
- Responsible in product penetration to outlet by implementing activities in accordance to pre-defined channel strategy.
- Assist in sales team, as in increase distribution presence, by working closely with direct and indirect Team.
- Assist in analysing data on sales performance for future sales and marketing plan.
- Assist to follow up and evaluate the effectiveness of product category sales and promotional activities with Sales Manager and Sales Executives.
- Assist and work closely with e-commerce team in new product listing and ensure that time to market is reasonable within the pre-defined time frame.
- With the pre-defined product merchandising guideline, he/she would be required to assist the sales team for effective retail.
- Responsible to execute and implement pre-defined counteractions for shortfalls in all planned channel strategies, planned trade strategies, Sales and Promotional activities.
- Assist to identify shortfalls, issues in all product categories and come up with counter measures for future planning.
- He/she is responsible to implement the planned countermeasures.
- Responsible to implement, monitor and keep track of the sales trade plan which includes all merchandising activities, promotional activities, and distribution activities).
- Work closely with Logistics to ensure stock availability.
- Graduate in Business Administration/ Marketing
- At least 2-3 years of Sales related experience in FMCG company
- Minimum 1 year of Trade marketing related experience
- Knowledge of planogramming and data analysis
- Good communication skills in written, verbal and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer literacy.
- Able to manage reporting tools systems and market research systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with various people of different levels and departments within the company.
- Creativity, innovation, and Strong analytical skills.
- Willing to be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor
