Job description:
Job Summary: \n\n\n\t- The key accounts position is responsible for handling the most important clients’ accounts for our company.
\n \n\nJob Descriptions: \n\n\n\t- Manage key accounts (High Traffic Outlets: Billion, Nirwana, Tunas Manja, Segi, The Store, Econsave, Popular, etc).
\n\t- Act as the point of contact for clients.
\n\t- Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements.
\n\t- Identify new potential customers.
\n\t- Ensure budget and time requirements are met.
\n\t- Stay up to date with new features and product launches.
\n\t- Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
\n\t- Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
\n\t- Strategic planning to improve client results.
\n \n\nJob Requirements: \n\n\n\t- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
\n\t- Additional education or experience may be preferred.
\n\t- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
\n\t- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
\n\t- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
\n\t- Strong time management skills.
\n\t- Self-motivated & result orientated.
\n\t- Candidate must be willing to be based in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
