Job description:
Job Description As a QMS manager, you will be expected to manage the development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS processes and knowledge of QMS standards; including the handling on communication or interaction with global partners and external customers during audit/visit. Key Responsibilities & Tasks - Manage Quality Management System
- Communicate with global internal customers and external customers
- Provide technical leadership and support
- Manage and develop the team
- Identify strengths and create specific development plans
- Provide recognition and drive accountability
- Promote teamwork and resolve conflict
Requirement & Qualifications - Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements
- Familiar with AIAG 5 core tools; especially in SPC - preferable to be experienced in statistical control
- Proven ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Excellent organizational and management skills and outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills
