Job description:
We represent our client, a leading supplier of building materials in Malaysia seeking for Compensation & Benefits Specialist based in Selangor. \n\nJob Responsibilities : \n\n\n\t- Manage and process employee movements, including recruitment, promotion, transfer, and exit, ensuring accurate payroll updates.
\n\t- Administer monthly payroll and employee benefits in a timely and compliant manner.
\n\t- Support the implementation and review of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
\n\t- Conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive pay and benefits structures.
\n\t- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll.
\n\t- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and safeguard sensitive information.
\n\t- Prepare HR-related reports, such as headcount, attendance, and government submissions.
\n\t- Communicate compensation, benefits, and HR policy information clearly to employees.
\n\t- Assist in annual salary review, bonus exercises, and other HR projects as assigned.
\n \n\nRequirements \n\n \n\n\n\t- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices and regulations
\n\t- Attention to detail and ability to deal appropriately with confidential information
\n\t- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\t- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
\n\t- Proficiency in using Workday and SAP system
\n\t- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n\t- Possess a high degree of integrity and display maturity when dealing with stakeholders
